Question 1

How is Tequma different from a system integrator?

Accepted Answer

Tequma works above the build, never competing with it. We provide independent assurance, programme recovery, operating-model reset and senior delivery leadership - not implementation headcount. That independence is what lets boards and CIOs trust our judgement.

Question 2

When should we engage Tequma?

Accepted Answer

Early - before vendor selection, at mobilisation, ahead of S/4HANA or Salesforce go-lives, during programme recovery, or from deal signing through Day 1 and TSA exit in carve-outs. Independent senior judgement delivers the greatest value before critical milestones, not after.

Question 3

What is an Executive Transformation Triage?

Accepted Answer

A short, independent read on your programme's real risk: health, governance, delivery risks and the decisions leadership actually faces. You get a clear view of status, key risks and recommended actions before the next critical milestone.

Question 4

Does Tequma replace our internal PMO or implementation partner?

Accepted Answer

No. We complement programme leadership, internal PMOs and implementation partners with independent assurance, executive governance and objective challenge - the board's independent name on the programme.

Question 5

What does Tequma's assurance cover on SAP programmes?

Accepted Answer

Independent assurance across S/4HANA readiness, clean-core, data, integration, testing and cutover risk - the areas where go-lives are actually won or lost.

Question 6

Which organisations does Tequma work with?

Accepted Answer

Industrial, energy, medtech, telecom, regulated and PE-backed companies across Switzerland, Germany, France and Poland - on SAP, Salesforce, IT and carve-out programmes that are too important to fail.
